Shipping Policy

Time to Ship

Please check the site announcements at the top of the website for any shipping delays. Once prepared, orders are shipped the next day that the United States Postal Service is open for business.

For locations within the United States. we use the United States Postal Service and UPS. We ship to locations outside the United States via United States Postal Service, UPS, and DHL. Please contact us if you would like other arrangements made.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with a product, we will try our best to resolve the situation. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The following applies to all returns:


  • The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened.

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to request a Return Merchandise Number. which must be included in the return shipment.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS First Class Service rate) after the item has been received.
